When it becomes critical for the customer to minimize the number of welds and joints in a system Quality Fabricators has the ability to make multiple pulls on a single piece of tubing in order to eliminate the need to weld numerous fittings together which provides customers a better quality fabrication.
Quality Fabricators has supplied some of the top skid manufacturers we the highest quality process pipe manifolds for their custom engineered skids with the ability to shrink design dimensions and still incorporate orbital welds in the tightest spots, providing our customers the best quality welds possible.
We also provide full document packages with each manifold per customer requirements including, weld mapping and weld logs, borescope video taping of blind welds, full MTR traceability, welder certifications to ASME section IX, weld inspector certification, and surface finish certification. All manifolds are manufactured to the latest ASME-BPE specifications. Sizes range from ¼” – 8”
